In the first article, we shared the story behind Panjixin Lighting and the three categories we focus on: christmas lights, crystal chandeliers, and pendant lights. Today we go one level deeper. This second part explains what you can actually order from us, how far we can customize a product, and what happens between your first email and the day your shipment arrives at your door.

Our Product Range at a Glance

Panjixin Lighting works across three complementary product lines, designed for both residential projects and commercial use:

Christmas lights — string lights, net lights, icicle lights, and curtain lights in warm white, cool white, and multicolor options, with indoor and outdoor rated versions for different seasons and climates.
Crystal chandeliers — classic tiered designs and modern minimalist styles, available in multiple finishes, with LED-compatible sockets and dimmable driver options.
Pendant lights — single pendants, multi-light clusters, and linear pendants for kitchens, dining areas, lobbies, and retail spaces, in glass, metal, and acrylic combinations.

Because every order starts with a conversation, the list above is a starting point rather than a fixed catalog. Many of the products we ship are tailored to the buyer’s market, taste, and project type.

Customization: From Standard Products to OEM and ODM

Most of our wholesale customers arrive with a specific idea in mind. Some want a standard christmas lights range with a different plug type for their country. Others need a crystal chandelier in a particular size and finish for a hotel project, or a pendant light line that matches a new showroom.

Customization usually covers one or more of these areas:

Electrical parameters: voltage, plug type, color temperature, and dimming compatibility
Physical specifications: cable length, number of lights, fixture size, material, and finish
Branding: private label on the product, custom cartons, and instruction inserts
Packaging: retail-ready boxes, bulk export cartons, or gift packaging for the holiday season

If you have a design or a reference photo, we can evaluate it and propose a practical way to produce it. For ODM projects, we work from your requirements and recommend materials and components that balance cost, durability, and compliance for your target market.

Quality Checks Before Every Shipment

We run a structured inspection process on both standard and custom orders. While the details differ from product to product, the steps are consistent:

Incoming material inspection — LEDs, drivers, crystals, metal parts, and cables are checked against our internal specifications when they arrive.
In-line checks during assembly — wiring, connections, and fittings are verified as each unit is built.
Electrical safety testing — insulation, polarity, and continuity are tested on finished samples from every batch.
Aging test for LED drivers — a sample of drivers runs for a defined period to catch early failures before the goods are packed.
Final packing inspection — appearance, function, accessory completeness, and carton condition are checked before loading.

We can also arrange third-party inspection on request, and photos of the inspection process can be shared before shipment.

How a Wholesale Order Flows

If you are new to buying lighting directly from a factory, the process is straightforward:

Inquiry — send us the products you are interested in, target quantities, and your market requirements.
Quotation — we reply with pricing, specifications, and lead time. Samples can be arranged to confirm quality before you commit.
Order confirmation — once the details are agreed, we confirm the order and the production schedule.
Production — the order enters our production plan, with progress updates available on request.
Inspection and shipping — after inspection, we arrange shipping by express, air, or sea freight, with full tracking information.

For larger orders, a deposit is typically required to start production, with the balance due before shipment. We are happy to explain the terms in detail during the quotation stage.

Support After the Order Ships

Our relationship does not end when the goods leave the warehouse. Every shipment includes the export documentation you need for customs clearance, and our team stays available to answer installation questions and handle any quality issues that arise during transit or after arrival. For repeat customers, we keep production notes on file so reorders are faster and more consistent.
